WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Bidool warrants that the purchased product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and honorers manufacturer’s warranty since the date of the products the customer received.

RETURNS, REFUNDS

Customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 7 days since the day of goods received. To return a product, please login into your account and follow the steps offered by clicking the “return” directory of Customer Service which located on the bottom of each web page.

However, the returned products should be free of any damage, scratch, and its product tab should be kept on the original place and won’t affect the next sales.

The product return cost is bearded by customer, before shipping back a product, make sure the shipment has been paid.

After bidool receiving the returned product and confirm it is intact and without any damage, 100% your money will be refunded.
